He joined CSUN in August 2012, and has worked for the Division of Academic Affairs as a web application developer, student mentor, and technical project manager. He currently works for the Division of Information Technology as the lead of the Web Development and Emerging Technologies team. He also serves as a divisional representative on the campus Website Coordination Committee.

Vaishnavi has engaged in collaborative efforts by meeting with various on-campus organizations to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvements in the app's design and content. In addition to her role in fostering collaboration, Vaishnavi has dedicated time to expanding her technological skill set. Focusing on front-end development, she has explored various technologies to create captivating and user-friendly designs.

Victoria has been working with the CSUN IT Web Development team as a student assistant since Summer 2023 to redesign the CSUN mobile app. In collaboration with her peers, she integrated a new mobile interface using Modo Labs software, used student and staff surveys to compile new content for the app, and implemented creative design and navigation components using XModule and other technologies– all with emphasis on overall accessibility of the application. As a junior majoring in computer science and minoring in data science, Victoria eagerly anticipates the app’s launch for this spring, aiming to provide a helpful tool for the campus community.
