With 20 years of experience in product development and leadership, Dan has built and led cross-functional teams across industries including energy, logistics, education, and music. Before joining AWS, he founded a music edtech startup that modernized K–12 music education through personalized, adaptive learning.

Wayne Floyd is CIO of UA – Pulaski Technical College, bringing 17 years of higher ed IT experience across roles in systems programming, online learning support, and instruction. Since joining the college in 2013, he has enhanced IT services, data integrity, and enterprise systems to support both students and staff.
