Prior to Modo, he led the mobileND Program at the University of Notre Dame, where he shepherded campus-wide mobile initiatives including a Modo-powered campus app, student development opportunities, a first-of-its-kind mobile device lab, and an annual on-campus mobile conference.

During a brief career in TV production, Cathy was drawn to the green glow of the CRT and the creative art of programming. Primarily self-taught and never shying from an opportunity to learn, Cathy has had a varied career in IT over the past 35 years, from mainframe programming at a Fortune 10 telecom company, to developing a database-driven CMS before WordPress popularized the DIY website, to accepting the challenge of implementing and managing a campus mobile app in her current position in the IT Innovation Group at URI.

Brian is the team lead and lead designer for web and mobile at the University of Connecticut. For the past twelve years, Brian has focused on developing innovative and thoughtful solutions to address the university's evolving digital needs. His work encompasses a range of projects aimed at enhancing user experience, accessibility, and functionality across various platforms.
